Can I get a free quotation?

I will arrange a time to visit your property and give you a free no obligation quotation.

 

Will I require planning permission?

Most conversions do not require planning permission and can be completed under Permitted Development The architect will determine whether you will require planning or not but generally if you live in a listed building, or have already completed extension work on your house planning permission will be required.

 

How long will a loft conversion take?

Once the structural work on your loft conversion has been started, a straight forward loft conversion will take between 6-8 weeks.

 

Do you offer a part build scheme?

We can provide a part build for you that will include planning, approvals, structural work and dormer/Velux. This enables you to complete all the internal work yourself. Please ask for more detail on this.

 

What is the minimum height for a Loft Conversion?

The minimum height required from the floor joist to the highest part of your roof is 2.2metres.
